Yes, same size screen as the X max. I actually purchased cheaper then the one branded for the 11 Pro Max

Yes it will, they have also manufactured screen protectors that specifically say xl iPhone 2019

I think the screen differences is minimal so it should work in theory but it might be off on the sides
