• This model itself does not it's your basic clear shield but I know they make privacy ones that are pretty good about not having a glare I think because of the fact they're privacy screens they just put out less glare.

• No, just protects your screen in the event you drop it or it falls off of something. A glare reduction component would be an added bonus.
