Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try removing the shield and wipe your screen with a clean cloth. Then wipe the shield with alcohol and try to replace it again. Make sure you rub slightly to get out all creases as your applying it again. If that doesn't work, sorry but you might have to purchase another one. If you go to Bestbuy and need to purchase another one, ask someone from the Geek dept to help you apply it. Sorry you had a problem.

Usually the cause of peeling is that the glass wasn't cleaned really well and there may have been deposits from your hands/fingers accidently left on the glass in places. I didn't touch the screen for 4 hours after application giving it time to cure to the glass. Also humidity/moisture would cause it to peel once it gets in under the smallest entry point. I wore plastic gloves while handling my phone during the cleaning and application process of the protector itself. Try wearing gloves if you have to replace it and let it sit for a few hours without touching the protector once on.
