• As long as you have registered it with Zagg online, all you have to do is pay for shipping and return the damaged one in the provided return envelope.

• It says there is a lifetime guarantee that if if ever gets "worn or damaged, we will replace it for as long as you own your device"

• Be sure to register your product immediately after you purchase it. Then if your Zagg shield ever does mess up, get scratched, or damaged in any way you would go online and request a replacement. After ordering a replacement shield under the warranty, you will receive an order number. After you receive the replacement product through them you have sixty (60) days to return the damaged product to them with the order number within the return address. It will not cost more than a stamp or two, the package will be very light. Everything is easily explained on their site step by step. It is a great warranty.
