• No it is not. The cellular version is way too much money for my budget. The interesting thing with my watch is that I can go beyond the 32' blue tooth range. That is because I connect to the same wifi as my phone. The end result is that I can leave my phone in the car and get all my calls, messages, and calendar events on my watch in the workplace.
