Yes, it does. I use the fingerprint scanner to unlock my phone & some various apps on my phone that I allowed for extra protection. I have no issues with it at all.

Yes works fine with the fingerprint reader but I also have my setting to extra sensitive setting.

Yes. Even having programmed the sensor before installation of the screen protector, the sensor works the same afterwards with no re-training.
