“I’m not sure what the problem is with this but I’m unable to get the iPad to recognize my keyboard fully. If I tap to type, the physical keyboard doesn’t type anything on the screen. I can only use on screen keyboard. I already completed manuf steps. Help”

Hello! Did you make sure that the attaching part (center of where the iPad connects to the board) is tight? Sometimes my iPad keyboard stays up and I just need to tap \/ to make it go away and then J am able to type on the keyboard. Hopefully this helps!

Now after a few months the keys don’t work on the Logitech. We can’t even get an appointment for geek squad until two weeks from now and to come to our home is 3 weeks. We pay a lot for this service.
