“Your design for the 9.7" ipad pro was very good and I like it... this new design for the ipad pro 10.5 is unwieldy in actual use... we had to return it... Makes me wonder why the design was changed instead of just improving on the 9.7" design....”

The best solution I've found. When I found that the keypad was unwieldly and in the way - since the pad was only magnetically held, I just remove the Ipad, fold the case, lay the pad on top and use it. When I finish, I return the pad to the case. Never thought of it as a problem. A lot of things in life are like that.
