Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Although the phone shows "4G" in the taskbar, it is actually receiving LTE. I am using Metro PCS (T-Mobile) and verified that the phone is receiving LTE service through the LTE Discovery app (at my home I get LTE bands 4 and 12 consistently). The Zenfone 4 Max receives LTE Bands 2, 4, and 12 used by T-Mobile.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Im a customer of Tmobile as well. I noticed the phone only showed 4g when using phone data. 4g Lte showed up on my SS note 4 but not this zenfone. Sometimes the internet can get quite sluggish.
