QuestionI just received the picture for Christmas. Used once the water tasted great . Second the water was awful! Our filter did not even last a week? Why? The test was even bad! This is not normal. Did I get a defect?

- Answer That happened to me once. I contacted the manufacturer and they were concerned and promptly sent me a replacement filter which worked fine. Obiviously, the bad one was defective and they stood by it. After it's reached its maximum life, the water starts to taste lemony and it's time to test it with the meter provided, and probably need to be replaced.
