Is it compatible with Canon 5d Mark iii? null

It’s only compatible with a “Sony” I believe (Meaning there are controls on the handle that connect with the camera), however like many people buy it cause it can hold and balance many DSLR. I have a Nikon D750 and I am noticing that since it’s a bigger body that the balance has to be lower therefore it’s obstructs the movement when I pan too far down. Hard concept to understand if you don’t have one. I will say it has improved my videography but there are a few problems that are easy to work around.
