yes it does.. however, google pixel camera app is not able to be controlled with the buttons. The joystick controls the gimbal, but you will need to use the native app if you plan on using the controls that control the camera.

I'd recommend you look at the Zhiyun Smooth 4 which is $10.00 more at $139.99 approximately. It will definitely hold your item and much more. It's also available on Best Buy's web site. The Smooth Q will work but does not have the added features of the Smooth 4 and available apps.
