NO. No it does NOT work with the Samsung 10 or the Samsung 10 plus. It does NOT work with Samsung phones past 9. You need software to download to your phone and the software itself will not work on a Samsung 10. This app favors iphones and does NOT work with newer Samsung phones. I made the mistake of buying this because of getting WRONG information here. DO NOT BUY if you plan on connecting to a newer Samsung phone like 10 or higher. It will not work. This thing is flimsy and when you manage to get a Samsung 10 in there the thing acts like you tried to hook up a bowling ball. Also noticed that the usb cord was really hard trying to fit it in. And the screw to loosen and adjust wants to pop out if you loosed it a bit too much, and that same screw does not want to tighten back up and goes crooked. This was all found on a purchase I made exactly 2 hours ago. ALSO: The QR code in the instruction manual which allows you to download the software opens up to a big Exclamation point page filled with Japanese words. The software is NOT there. I called up Best Buy and am returning it. This does NOT work with newer Samsung phones. BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANY, ANY, ANY gimbal, please go to the COMPANY website and confirm it can work with your phone. I did that and saw that Samsung phones newer than 9 are NOT supported.
