“CAN YOU VENT THIS DIRECTLY OUT REAR WALL WITHOUT INSTALLING 90 DEGREE ELBOW? -Can you change the fan to vent out the back of the hood instead of the top OR does it already vent out the rear?”

Hello Eddie, Thank you for reaching out to us! Unfortunately, this unit cannot be vented directly out of the back. All of our ducted range hoods require at least 12" of vertical rise before the first 90-degree bend in the ductwork. For optimal performance, we also recommend no more than three total bends in the ductwork.
