“Do i have to have wifi in order to nake this camera operate?I am looking for a simple cam that i can view via my phone or tablet”

• Nope it makes its own wifi. Doesnt go very far, maybe only 30 or 40ft. You can use it as a motion camera too. Doesnt work as an ip cam
