If the light is solid blue, please tap the "+" icon on the upper right corner of the app and choose "Add Device", then select "Wireless Device and Smart kit", and choose "Wireless Cameras" to search and add the camera on LAN. If the light is blinking green, please contact us at [email protected], we can either arrange tech support to call you for troubleshooting or replace the cam for you.
