• Yes the cameras work using wifi 2.4hz or using the mobile data. I bought 2 to keep an eye on the house and on my dog and they work great.

• As long as camera is connected to wifi you can view it anywhere with the zmodo app

• Correct, he will be able to access the camera from anywhere in the world as long as his smartphone can access the internet from where he is at.
