      We are sorry you did not have satisfying experience with this item. The correct customer support number is 217-903-5037, Mon-Friday, 8am-8pm CST. There is an old incorrect phone number out there unfortunately. Not sure if this was the reason you couldn't get assistance? There could be several factors on why you had trouble getting the camera to connect.

      We're sorry you had issues with this camera. It does work with our Zsight phone app and often our tech support can troubleshoot connection issues over the phone at 217-903-5037, Monday through Friday from 8am to 8pm CST. We would have replaced the camera for you under the manufacturer warranty if there was and issue with the camera itself.

      There could be a few reasons why you're having trouble getting the camera to connect. We hope you were using our Zmodo smartphone app? Please give our tech support all call at 217-903-5037 Mon-Fri between 8am and 8pm so we can troubleshoot this for you. If for some reason there was a problem with the camera, it would be covered under the warranty and we would we replace it.

      Please give out tech support a call at 217-903-5037 between 8am - 8pm CST, Monday through Friday, and let us try and assist you with getting full functionality with this item. There will be a bit of a delay when turning the camera when you are away from home, but it should rotate for you.
