• Because it has already been released to certain stores. You can find it also available in B&H.

• According to Zoom Corporation, Best Buy made a decision to purchase a large order of the PodTrak P4 earlier this year, hence they received a large shipment of this product before any other retailers received them.

• Best Buy has been selling the Zoom PodTrak P4 for at least a month now. You are correct that all the other major retailers don't have this yet to ship out, such as B&H Cameras, Sweetwater audio, etc. I called Zoom Corporation in the East Coast and asked why Best Buy is able to sell the PodTrak P4 so early, and a rep told me it's because Best Buy made an early large order purchase for this device. I guess all the other retailers didn't do this. I've had my PodTrak P4 now for a couple weeks.
