A:AnswerThis is a very good phone. It has 32 Gb internal memory and you can add another 32 Gb card. I am very happy with this phone but have never had a Samsung. I always had Android based but other brands like LG or HTC. This phone is a better value than those because it is quick, takes a great picture, and has a great display. I highly recommend it.
A:AnswerYes. We put a Cricket sim card in it at the same time we bought the phone. We bought our packet at Best Buy, and they even helped us port over our information and install the new sim cared.
A:AnswerSometimes pairing is not as simple as connecting the bluetooth, you have to go into the cars system and search for your connection, then back to the phone once you've unblocked the vehicles system. I had to do this on a 2011 Lincoln years ago. The connections are there, you just have to be diligent.
A:AnswerCan't think of anything an iPhone would offer that would justify spending $500+ more. Works great on AT&T prepaid. Display looks great. Speakers sound better than my Son's iPhone. Have great coverage in West Texas.
A:AnswerYes it will work for Family Mobile, since this phone is an unlocked GSM phone which Family Mobile is also a GSM provider by Walmart, it will work. Just to make it simpler, if your network uses a SIM Card then it will work on this phone, just insert it into the phone using the SIM tool it comes with or a Paper Clip.
A:AnswerThe Product Page says:

A:AnswerWe have found that it takes 3 to 4 charging times in a 10 hour day under normal usage. Haven't been pleased with it at all. Missed the 15 day return period so we are stuck with it.
A:AnswerWhen one sim card is connected to 4G LTE, the other sim card can only connect to 3G or 2G. When one card is connected to a phone call, the other card is unreachable. The phone is dual sim dual standby. ATT killed 2G in December 2016. I did put two ATT sim cards into the phone for testing to make sure this phone works as described. This is the reason I purchased an Asus ZS550KL and this phone. Most dual sim phones support only 4G plus 2G. This is not what I was looking for. The Asus ZS550KL went crazy after only 30 hours because of stupid design. I was really happy to find the ZTE Axon 7 mini to replace the Asus. The ZTE box has only one IMEI but you can dial *#06# to get the second IMEI. ATT needs the IMEI number to allow data and hotspot functions. The second sim uses the microSDXC card tray.
A:AnswerI have updated my Android system on mine so not sure if it will be the same but to get to my pictures I click on the camera icon on my main screen it takes me to the camera area and the pictures I have already taken are in a file bottom right...you should actually see a piece of one of the pictures you took in a dot.
