I connected using the optic cable & had to adjust my Audio delay on my TV,

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had this sound bar for several weeks and only have the optic cable connected. I have not noticed a disconnect between audio and video. I did feel that if the television’s speakers were off completely and I just used the sound bar, I had a “tinny” sound at the higher volume. To solve this, I left the speakers from the tv on with the sound bar on also. There has been no problems with them on simultaneously and I am able to turn up just the sound bar to hear the voices above the all background noise. I have a relative new Sony. Hope this helps.
