Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We have also had problems with the sound going off and never know when it is going to happen. We just unplug the power cord on the back of the speaker for a few seconds and then plug it back in. It takes a few seconds then it comes back on. We have learned to live with it as it does help my husband hear and it is infrequent. Also, if we had someone come out it probably wouldn't do it at that time and we would be wasting a service call.
