I ordered Apple AirPods from BestBuy on June 11 as a birthday gift, with delivery promised by June 13. The money was supposed to be charged AFTER I got my package — guess what? The AirPods never showed up, but the money was immediately taken from my account.
I called customer service multiple times — no real help, just endless calls and an automated email telling me to “wait until June 26” and then I could maybe request a refund if the package didn’t magically appear.
Well, June 27 came. No AirPods. No money back. Nothing.
I had to waste my time going to a BestBuy store in person — they looked up my order, shrugged, and told me the order was cancelled. But they still had my money! The best answer they could give me? “Wait until August 26 to get your refund.”
So let’s sum this up:
No product.
Money gone for months.
Zero accountability.
Useless, careless customer service.
I ended up disputing the charge with my bank because BestBuy clearly didn’t care. Never again. If you want to lose money, time, and your mind — order online from BestBuy. If not, STAY AWAY.

Really good airpods but sometimes they seem to have difficulty connecting. Usually have to disconnect and reconnect them from my phone and see if it works.

Originally I was excited to get some AirPods again. I bought them about a month ago & started having trouble with them. Made an appointment with Apple to get to the root & they did. Swapped out the old for the new & still satisfied with my purchase. Get them if you considering, great with tuning the world out.
