Misled by Best Buy

I purchased the Open Box item in "Excellent" condition. The product I received did not meet that standard in my opinion. As I was working to take off the 8,328 stickers they put on the box, it was clear WHY they didn't appear to meet the standard. They had re-packaged these and just sold them as a higher level than advertised without removing the previous sticker first. Disappointing and easily avoidable.

They connect so effortlessly with my iPhone 15 pro. I had to get these, because my 1st generation pros was making a crackling noise in the right ear. These are so amazing. I use them everyday.
