Since I am a beginning, amateur astronomer, I wanted an iPad to help me navigate through the myriad stars and constellations. The colors are superior to anything I have seen. The time it takes to sift through the many apps are fast. Everything you would want in a mini computer.

The USB-C connector opens up a world of opportunity to connect various peripherals most easily. Taking no chances, I also purchased a protective casing for my iPad. Thus far I am quite pleased.

Great ipad

First time using face id and it's working great so far. Verified others can't open with their faces... The certified model looks and works like new. The charger in the box had a stain but BBY replaced.

I had the iPad Air, but returned it for this model. You can tell the difference between the refresh rate, display and definitely sound when side by side. I will say, however, that the iPad Air is a great device and had I not found a 1-week old, open box pro for the same price as the iPad Air, I would have kept the air because I didn't want to pay $900 for the pro. You do get some extra features on the pro like center stage, but honestly how many people really use the ipad to shoot video (or picures)? I always laugh at people that use their ipad for pictures.

All around go anywhere machine

After working from home through COVID being tied to a desk it’s so nice to be able to go anywhere with great battery life and the ability to add a keyboard! Screen resolution and brightness is very nice!

From the in store ordering, shipping and quick delivery. The product itself is an amazing upgrade from my original 9.7 iPad pro. The added facial recognition, apple pen capability and the upgraded camera were the added features that made this such a great buy.
