An upgrade from my previous 40 year old Kitchen Aid classic. Love the mixer and the dough kneading is excellent compared to the classic tip up style. As a side note I love the matte midnight blue color.

Love this mixer and the many attachments you can get for it! Great tool for my kitchen. Cant wait to get more attachments to make my life easier in yhe kitchen. Cannot believe I went this long without one.

My wife loves everything about the mixer from the bowl lift mechanism to the range of attachments that can be used on it. She has used it several times and is ecstatic about its performance & ease of use.

This one has a nice silver color. A little heavy. Works wells so far.

I was looking for a stand mixer for a while and Best Buy had a great deal for Black Friday. It is everything that I need to make breads, batters, cakes, etc. so much easier and efficient, I was interested in the professional line for the bigger motor and bowl. I will be looking into the attachments available to expand the potential of this kitchen helper.

Amazing, makes it so much easier to bake. No hassle changing out the paddle for the whisk. The paddle is super easy to clean seem as if its none stick.

I replaced an older, lighter, tilt-head kitchen aid mixer - passed on to my daughter in great shape - because I wanted something heavier to knead heavy bread dough. I could not be happier... no hand kneading at all is required, and the mixer shows no signs of struggling. My wife prefers the new model too (thank heavens!) I am very happy with my upgrade.

I work in a restaurant with our own in house bakery, so I’ve used a professional grade mixer before. That being said, I wanted this model for its mounting design for the bowl, as it is closest to what I’m used to dealing with at work. So far I’ve only made bread doughs using the hook, but let me tell you this machine makes kneading dough SO MUXH EASIER and fun too. I love using this to bust out a batch of home made pizza. It’s super easy to use, easy to clean. Love it. Some cons: It’s loud. Very loud. Very noisy. Very very noisy.... The mounting system for the bowl is not the easiest to set up, its takes some pressure and elbow grease to lock it into position. The inside of the mixing hooks are not coated with protective covering so the insides can rust if you don’t keep them dry after washing.

Purchasing this was one of our goals in my family, my wife and I love to cook and this allows us to actually explore a new world (bakery), and we can't be happier!!! This product is not only powerful, is really heavy, which is perfect due to it is way more stable when the consistency of what we are cooking is a little heavier. WE SIMPLY LOVE IT!!!

I got my wife this model for Christmas, it arrived in a box that says kitchenaid on the outside; so she got it early. It saved us hours on our holiday baking! Absolutely worth the investment.

This mixer is hands down one of the best and well made mixers available for home or even small business. The ability and versatility of this product reduces workload in the kitchen as well as speeds up the process of what ever challenging cooking task you want to conquer. You will obviously need the room in your kitchen to be able to store this unit, however you won't regret the decision to get one. There are numerous attachments above and beyond the mixer alone which allows you to grind meat, make pasta, slice vegetables/shred cheese, spiraling with peel/core/slice fruits and vegetables, or even sheet cut vegetables.

I bought it after Black Friday and got it at a good price. Also bought one for my daughter. I've always wanted one but they were too expensive. It was shipped to my house in record time. My first try at making cookies from scratch. It's not a tilt head so getting the bowl in place takes some practice. But overall I'm thrilled with it. Definitely happy I bought it. No complaints

I've been wanting to upgrade my stand mixer for some time so on during Black Friday week, I took the plunge. I haven't used it yet because I was so busy during the holidays and NOT baking yet. The one thing I noticed was that it was really tall! I still haven't found a place to put it because of the height! And it's really heavy. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining, it's just an observation. My old mixer was from the 70's so it's smaller and lighter. I just wasn't aware of the big change. I really bought it because I have and interest in trying to make bread with this and it will definitely stand the test of time so it'll last for the rest of my lifetime. Can't wait to get started.

This mixer is hands down the best one I’ve ever had! Nothing feels cheap and brittle and with attachments, you can make it do just about anything with this one machine!
