Great mixer that does more than just mix. The ability to raise and lower the Bowl is a convenient feature and the attachments add to it's versatility. Whether you are peeling fruit, making icecream, pasta, grinding meat and so much more the usefulness of this mixer allow you to expand past mixing.

Is perfect, the bowl is perfect. This product is good.

A little loud, kinda whiny, but bowl size and power are awesome. Used for a couple bread doughs so far and no complaints about effectiveness.

The whole family loves using the mixer, even simple enough for the little one to operate (with supervision of course). Bought two; one for my mother in law and my sister.

I have not used this new mixer yet, but have had one for years. I am receiving it from my family for Christmas. I will never have anything except a Kitchen Aid ever again.

I've never personally owned my own kitchenaid before by my mom has one that I have used many times and when this mixer went on sale I couldn't pass it up. I've read many reviews and basically all of them are great except for a handful. There was one that I read where they said they had followed the directions and when they went to mix some ingredients the mixture turned black. I wanted to avoid that problem so I washed the bowel and attachments in the dishwasher and thought that any coatings that were on any of it would surely come off when washed. I was wrong though when I grabbed the bowel i realized there was some black on my hand from where I grabbed it. I then hand washed each attachments untill no black stuff was coming off. Didn't run into any problems after that. I love my mixer.

This was a wonderful Black Friday deal!! I bought this as an upgrade to my original, smaller mixer and giving my old one to my mom. You can never go wrong with KitchenAid.

This is really awesome mixer, get additional attachments and you won't regret it. Pro model is really nice and user friendly , would totally recommend to friend and family

I don't cook very much, but I love to bake. I've wanted one of these for years. It is so easy to use and makes baking a breeze. it is solid and heavy, so it doesn't slide around the countertop while using it. Purchasing this item on sale for $199 made it well worth the investment and the attachment options make me excited to try all sorts of new kitchen experiments.

I've been wanting one of these for a long time. I love to bake, and my specialty is cookies. There have been dozens upon dozens since I bought this. My co-workers are getting spoiled. My wrist and hand cramps are over, as this is a power-house machine. Does everything it's supposed to with no problem at all.You may need to adjust the mixer if the utensils bump the bowl, which is outlined in the instructions.

Every home baker (and cook!) needs a stand mixer. I spent a long time debating between the Pro series and the Artisan series, but after hearing a few negatives about the Artisan (the glass bowl being too heavy to pour one-handed, and that the tilt head function can degrade), I decided to go with the classic red Pro. Grab it on a good sale!

Great to use but really heavy. I had to get gliders to put under it so I can move it easier now.

I love this particular mixer as the bowl goes up and down instead of the Artisan which twists on. I love all of my attachments as well. I got this mixer because I have one and love it but my daughter loved it so much she borrowed it and won't bring it back. My first one I bought a little cheaper at Target but this one had a good price too. I would recommend it to anyone.
