The tablet was thrown and had no protection when it was delivered, that's the only issue. It was fortunate that the tablet was spared, nevertheless.

Not Worth the Price

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As the title suggest, the new iPad mini is NOT worth the entry price of $499 with a subpar screen quality, only 64GB of space, poor battery life and smaller screen. This would be a very compelling product at $300, but it falls short technically and functionally to be at such a high price point. I ended up returning it as I was so dissatisfied. I’ll stick with my iPad Pro.

Never doubt getting open box from Best Buy

I only needed it because the drone I bought the week before, would not work with my Android phone. I am now using the iPad for other things also.
