Unhappy with service

More unhappy with the service I received. Brought in my 2 year old iPad, the touch screen wasn’t responsive I was told by your geek squad that it wasn’t repairable and to buy a new one. The older one works beautifully after the battery ran down and was recharged and rebooted. I’m not happy!!
