For audio cut out issue with your Apple TV 4K, There are some things we’d like for you to try and see if we can resolve your audio cut off.
First, verify the HDMI cables you are using are rated for high speed and are at least 18 Gbps cables. Try replacing them if you have not. Next, ensure CEC control is enabled on the soundbar and your TV. You’ll need to refer to the manual of your TV, and for the soundbar, it’s on page 64. We’re not sure which brand of TV you have your soundbar connected, however, please ensure both are on the latest firmware.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Returned a Nakamichi Shockwafe Pro 7.1.4, which despite having excellent sound had CEC/ARC issues and constant audio drops (sometimes requiring the bar to be reset) and don't regret it. Wish the unit was a bit cheaper, but it sounds great, especially paired with the surround speaker set. Best yet, CEC/ARC works seamlessly with my TiVo, Roku and Blu-ray player.

I give it 3-stars because of my review of the Sony TV sound issue. I am not sure if the problem is the TV or the sound Bar. And Best Buy and Sony offer no solution to the problem. There go to response is; it must be a user error. If you want to know the problem read my comments on the Sony X950H series TV.

There are some things we’d like for you to try and see if we can resolve your audio issue.
