Short lifespan
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.At this price point, a unit used once a day should last more than 14 months. Of course being just out of warranty there was nothing customer service at Keurig could do except offer a small discount off a new machine, That's not acceptable for a 200.00 machine with minimal use. It started beeping and flashing on the latte side and after a few days we had to unplug it as the beeping was constant. Eventually it stopped brewing. I would not recommend this product due to poor quality and a short lifespan, but I will admit, when it worked it was fantastic and worked well.
