I'm not sure if it's the plug in for the headset, or where I plug it in, but sometimes, I am told that my voice is all choppy and like a robot. I then have to unplug it and plug it back in and it works just fine. I would still recommend.

It should be only for children. The volume should be a little higher . My 11 year old grandson is home school at this time . He does his assignments remotely with the teachers. He says they are good he hears his teachers, but it needs more volume.

Even at the most bent and up close to my mouth, people have a hard time hearing me and I can talk without it acknowledging that I'm making noise, which is difficult to handle.

This one is holding up very well. Mic and sound are great. If sound isolation is important, these block out outside sounds well... a little too well from a father's perspective.
