Nice refrigerator pleasing to the eye. Great space with multiple configurations. Center drawer is a nice feature. Freezer space is adequate. No complaints so far.

So far I am very pleased with the purchase. I have a big family so I wish it would make ice faster but other than that no problems.

clean lines and functions well. that said, we've only had the fridge for a few weeks, so I can't speak to much. it was very easy to set up the small parts that don't come assembled.

I purchased this refrigerator a few weeks ago to replace a new Kitchen Aid (never buying anything from Whirlpool again). I was hoping to have an excellent experience with Bosch as this fridge is so highly rated. In fact, it does look great. The interior design allows for a lot of flexibility in the way you can move shelves around. I like that. Unfortunately, it makes a constant noise. This new style fridge has a fan that blows down, not back. Which is great if you don't have a lot of room behind it, so it won't ever get hot. Unfortunately, the fan and the compressor noise are loud enough, and are at a high enough frequency that if you're sitting in a quiet room, it'll drive you nuts. I called a Bosch repair tech within the first 2 weeks thinking that the fan was defective. He humored me, ordered a new fan. Installed it and the noise is the same. If I can't find a way to quiet it down myself (some sort of foam underneath maybe?) I'm going to try to return it. I can't stand the nois.

I really like the refrigerator and the service on placing the order was great as the delivery.

Fridge was great. Didn’t come with any bubble wrap or protective wrapping, young men who “helped” me load the fridge were not much help.

LOVE the extra produce drawer! We eat a lot of salad and encourage fruits. Perfect ease of finding healthy options.

Love the fridge. However, either should have stronger self close feature or a louder warning. Door does not effortlessly close.

Great features on this refrigerator. The only negative is it is easy to leave the freezer drawer open and it defrosts quickly.
