Perfect mouse (In my opinion)

This is overall the best gaming mouse I have ever used.
I play a lot of MOBA games, and this mouse feels very comfortable even after hours of usage.
The click noise is much more quiet compare to the other mice I have used in the past (Mostly Corsair m65, m95, and Scimitar) I have a Razer mouse (LOD is way too high).
Logitech software is very light weight, straight forward and easy to navigate through.
Price is perfect when you catch it going on sale.

Great mouse for FPS games with the extra side buttons. No complaints at all on response time, dpi options etc. It includes customizable extra weights, though I think it’s plenty heavy enough especially if you’re used to Razer viper series. The locked or free-rolling scroll wheel is a nice option to have. Relatively subtle rgb. Extremely “gamer” aesthetic/design, which is over the top but kind of awesome as a result. Overall ergonomic and great value, highly recommend!
Thank you for your feedback on the G502 HERO! We’re glad you enjoy the customizable weight feature—it’s designed to give you the perfect feel.

the included weights are nice and let you dial in your mouse your way, they even include an extra weight if you misplace one. the buttons on the side are very responsive and the scroll wheel is nice and solid. My only complaint is the placement of the dpi buttons as i ofter hit on while playing because of its location just off the left mouse button. Other than that it is perfect for me!
The Logitech G502 HERO is a fantastic mouse with great customization options! The included weights and responsive buttons are a huge plus. While the DPI button placement could be improved, it's still a top-notch choice for most gamers.

I bought this as a replacement for one of Logitech's lower priced options which was on it's way out after a while, and I've enjoyed the ergonomics and arrangement of the buttons on this one. I can cycle mouse sensitivity between programmed settings and still have 3 buttons left for voice chat from the thumb position, and the wider profile of this mouse over similar offerings allows for a more solid and comfortable grip for FPS games.

This is a good gaming mouse. Fast, smooth, and offers good control for gaming. It has a comfortable design, which is great when you are gaming for a long time. The weights to personalize the feel of the mouse is interesting, but I have a problem with the cover coming off and the weights falling out. That is my only issue with this mouse.
That's wonderful to hear you're enjoying the Logitech G502 HERO Wired Optical Gaming Mouse for its speed, smoothness, control, and comfortable design during long gaming sessions! We appreciate your feedback regarding the customizable weights and are sorry to hear about the issue with the cover and weights falling out.

Been using this mouse for almost a year now. It still works perfectly fine with no lag when playing shooter games. The extra buttons on the mouse definitely helps when trying to use multiple of inputs into the game.

I really thought the infinite scroll would be a niche gimmick and I would never use it, but it is actually insanely useful and I find it so frustrating not being able to do it on other mice. Well supported with Logitech’s software as well. Great product. It’s a big heavier than other mice, and surprisingly came with weights to attach if you wanted to make it even heavier. You can’t beat this mouse, especially for the price.
Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. We’re delighted the product is working well for you. Your feedback means a lot.

I've had this mouse for about a year now and it is a phenomenal gaming mouse, switched over from a hyperX mouse and can say I wouldn't go back. Able to change weight of the mouse as one sees fit and works great on FPS games when mapping the extra buttons it has.
I would recommend this to a friend

Happy with this mouse, very customizable from buttons to the weights you can add or take away for personal preference. RGB lighting and can change dpi on the fly. I’m still trying to figure out how to adjust the scroll as it’s very sensitive.

Best mouse I’ve used. Been a user of this for a plethora of years at this point and it’s still working like new. I’m not a huge fan of the Logitech software, but that’s being nitpicky if I’m honest. This is a great mouse with many programmable features and I would highly recommend this to anyone on PC.

Yes this mouse is wired, no it is not super light so if that is what you are looking for look elsewhere. Software is good, mouse sensor is good. This mouse does feel good in the hand
Great review of the Logitech G502! It sounds like a solid choice for those who prioritize performance and comfort over extreme lightness.

It's a good mouse, love all the customization features. It's very comfortable and well made. I use it at work for CAD/CAM software.
Only thing I don't like is the obnoxious metal scroll wheel. I'd imagine it's better suited for gaming, but I absolutely hate it. The amount of noise generated and effort required to spin the wheel drives me crazy. If you use it for any sort of CAD software, you'll definitely want to pair it with a 3DConnexion spacemouse for zooming in/out.
You can press a button to make the wheel spin freely with no resistance, but that's only helpful if you have every Wikipedia page copied onto a single MS Word document and you want to scroll from A to Z in .05 milliseconds.

I used to be the M65 Pro kind of guy. Using the G502 has been a bit different in my gaming experience as well as my editing experience. I have a big and heavy hand. So going light on a mouse is out of the question for me. The weights provided and the layout of the weights do make a difference to me and the function and comfortability of the mice. This is my third G502, not because it broke but because I've expanded to 3 different editing rigs now.

This mouse is way better than my old one, which was a Razer Viper. I use the middle mouse buttons and side buttons all the time. These are way better than the ones on the Razer Viper.
