Works well in our basement Easy to set up Large item

I used to have a Haier dehumidifier and that lasted from 2016 to 2023 till it made a diesal truck sound daily. I tried to order a new Haier from a big box store, but the delivery date was two months away. I tried Best Buy and found this unit. It is super attractive and easy to use. Directions are good and the packaging is brilliant. You cut the strap and the box lifts off the unit! It is very quiet and works great. Price is wonderful. Great job Best Buy.

The 35 pint Insignia dehumidifier works very well in the basement of my home where it removes a good amount of moisture in just one hour. I especially like the timer on and timer off features where I can set the time to turn on and turn off. I find these features very useful. The only negative thing about it is it's a bit tricky to put back the water bucket/reservoir once you empty it. I feel a better design should have been done to this otherwise it's a very good dehumidifier for the money

Love the ability to set level of dehumidifiers capacity to monitor humidity. Very quiet and illuminated numbers and levels are easy to read.

Works really well, but quite a bit louder than expected. Cord is also shorter than some other brands but that’s not incredibly noticeable

I bought the previous model, 3 1/2 years ago, luckily; I had bought the extended warranty back then so, it was still under warranty when it broke, and I got the same but, new version. We use it on a daily without any issues. Being only 15 miles from the ocean, humidity here is rear round at about 80% every single day. Humidity inside the house is about 50-60% so, this dehumidifier really helps lowering it to about 40%, which is comfortable at that percentage. Hope this new one, lasts as much as my previous. A+

This dehumidifier was recommended to me by my sister who loves hers and now I can see why. It is easy to set up. It runs quietly and it easy to empty. We are very pleased with how well it works.

Dehumidifier had done a great job clearing the moisture out of the air. Easy to operate.

This is one hard working dehumidifier. i needed a second after flooding last month. Within a very short time the basement lost its damp smell. Was also super easy to unbox, they had the bottom of box separated from rest of box so once you cut the strips to hold together you just needed to pull box off from top.

Although we haven't had this item very long, it seems to work correctly and will help with the moisture in our basement room.

This machine delivers like no other. Living in Florida, I need to decrease the humidity in my home! I live the ability to set the time that the machine stops. Also, it can be set to stop at the desired humidity level that you wish! GREAT for the price!

I purchased this dehumidifier one month ago and it has exceeded all expectations. Basement is drier and I empty about twice a day. I also purchased it as a "deal of the day" and wish I would have ordered a second one!

Works as expected and takes a lot of water out of the air. We have it in a bathroom that does not have an exhaust fan. It’s amazing how often we have to empty the reservoir because it’s full of water.

This thing sucks! and that's a good thing! I'm using this in a basement that is much larger than it's rated for and it works great. As an example, about a week ago, my wife comes into the basement (where there is no HVAC) and makes the "it's musty" comment. I knew exactly what she meant, I could smell and feel it too. I turned this dehumidifier on and in a few hours, the whole basement felt better and smelt better. I use the automatic drain into a pump and it works great. I set it and forget it. I'm very impressed with this product
