Very satisfied with this purchase. Quiet operation, handle on bucket makes it easy to empty and replace, and it quickly removed excessive moisture from the basement.

I bought this for my mom who has COPD because of the extreme humidity in the air and especially in the house. It was amazing. My mom keeps asking me how in the world that there could be that much water in the air. She has to empty it at least twice a day and sometimes three times if it’s really humid. It has really brought the humidity down so she can breathe better and that’s worth every penny.

I’ve had this running daily in my basement for 45 days now and it hasn’t missed a beat. Need to empty once or twice daily depending on humidity level. This is a workhorse and a great value.

this product is easy to use, not very loud, and depending where you live, you will be shocked how quick it fills up with water. A needed purchase.

This does as it says its supposed to do for my 900sqft basement. It does make a dull hum while it is running, but nothing that I didnt expect. Good price and value.

Does a good job pulling moisture out of the air. Easy enough to empty from front bucket. Runs as quietly as any that I've had.

I purchased this after learning about dehumidifiers. I cannot believe the difference it is made in our house. I cannot believe how frequently I empty the tank. I love that it tells me when it is full. It seems that we use the air conditioner much less since we purchased this device thus paying it off by saving on expensive AC bill. Highly recommend!

Great dehumidifier! Perfect for our basement. I would recommend installing a hose to automatically dispose of the water, but not a deal breaker by any means. Easy to empty.

Thing is huge, but super efficient. Room is really a lot more comfortable now. Humidity lingers around 65 in the room , and this thing can bring it down to 55 in a very short time.

Dehumidifies large cellar well. Tank is on the small side, so need to empty it twice a day compared to past dehumidifiers which were once a day tanks. Air exhaust blows out the left hand side when you are looking at it from the front. I prefer to have the air exhaust out the top so you have a bit more placement options if you need to have it closer to wall. It is a fairly low profile unit in the depth measurement. Does not seem overly loud or clackity. Has quite a few options for set-up including auto on/off for humidity level setting. Dinging it one star for the small tank which is personal preference. If I had a place to run a hose and therefore not need to empty the tank twice a day, I would give it 5 stars as the unit works great.

I was looking for a dehumidifier to remove moisture in the basement. I found this on the Best Buy website. It was a good price and available for quick pickup. I found it very easy to set up. I like the adjustable settings.

I purchased the Insignia 35 pint Dehumidifier for my basement. Got it on sale and set it up in my basement. It is easy to program. I have it set to 55% humidity. Was amazed to see how much water it extracted in a day. It needs a short hose to drain the water - I am getting a 10ft Universal Leader Hose. A how for a Washer will suffice. No regrets on my purchase.
