Don't buy open box.

Turns out the "Geek Squad" member who certified it forgot to remove the previous owner's security info, making it completely inaccessible. Any fix I found online had been patched out and was repeatedly disconnected from chatting with help. Was forced to return it.

Goes black screen

It would eventually restart on its own. I did a factory reset and it still would not stop going to a black screen. Samsung had no fix for this. Am returning it.
