I use it more for bulk prepping ingredients and it’s fast & easy.

So far I have only used it to shred cheese and crush graham crackers. The only problem I have, is even on low, it's super fast so I have to use pulse when shredding cheese or it makes it kind of mushy.

Good Bang for the Buck

The design flaw is that the blades should be lower, but overall it’s a good processor.
