The only hitch was they sent the wrong kind of cable. They sent a usb-c instead of the lightening cable. Which is a vital mistake, but also kinda understandable. I just need to take the cable into the store, & they will swap me for the right one.

They sent the wrong iPad

Completely and utterly disappointing. I ordered 128 GB and they sent me a 32 GB. This was a gift for my granddaughter. After waiting an hour on online chat support (“you’re next in line”) I finally gave up. And they also sent a very dirty block charger for it. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with Best Buy. I was very disappointed. Needless to say the item was returned.
