Missing chargers

Was disappointed when it arrived the box was open and was missing charger. Contacted customer service and was told to go to local Best Buy to get one for free and then was forced to pay for one so I could use the IPAD.

The one thing i dont care for is the haptic sound or maybe it’s just the sound the glass makes when you come into contact. Just a bothersome tapping sound. But everybting else is great!

Came well packaged with charger block, and very long cable. Had some very light dirt on it but that was all. Holds charge well and plays games really well.

Battery life is not good.
