I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your store. Despite being a loyal customer for several years, the service I received during my last visit was far from satisfactory.
We recently purchased at your outlet store 3 items, washer/dryer and a refrigerator, spent over 3000$ on the items. Just for the items to show up at your residence after installation for the item to not be in ANY working condition. We understand that the items are “open-box” but it is definitely misleading for you guys to state that the item is in excellent/good condition with scratches being the only issue.
You guys are a multi-millionaire if not billionaire dollar company and cannot get this right. We had to take off work to work around getting the items installed in the residence because that was the only day that the item can be delivered to the residence.
And now we are in the process of returning it and have to wait a week for the item to get picked up by Best Buy. Not only can we not buy food for the refrigerator, we have to take another day off for you guys to pick up the items.

Very disappointed with delivery company,caused damages and their insurance companies have not been helpful and have generally none responsive and taken a strategy to pass my claim between insurance companies. The quality is not as I expected, very specious .

Make sure to add an additional 2 inch on each side to allow the doors to open. Lights in bottom portion didn't work. Doors aren't straight. Getting ice isn't the easiest.

We love the convenience the separate doors in both the fridge and freezer sections. You can see everything in the fridge. And its very spaceous.

Overall, we love the fridge, especially the option switch between freezer and fridge. HOWEVER, the compressors went bad after only 3 years (delivered Jan 2021, bad Dec 2023) and cost me 100’s of dollars to fix. My old Kenmore lasted 15+ year, with 5 years being a garage fridge.

We have had this fridge for just over a year. It looks great and is discreet as we have black cabinets. However, we just started having issues with the ice maker and even though we are only a month outside of the warranty we will have to pay to have it fixed. There is water leaking into the nugget ice tray and freezing and a plastic part fell into the ice bucket randomly and there is line hanging down. For the price we paid I am highly disappointed. I would not recommend this item.
