Shortly, after the one year mark, the refrigerator started leaking from the internal plumbing for the icemaker and water would pool under the produce drawers and freeze in large sheets.

Geek squad came out attemted to fix it charged me $400 stoped working within a week again compressor was bad. Tech said under warranty by samsung but samsung won't so anything without charging me another $160 to double check that my door core rears the correct diagnostic issue. What a joke and what a cash grab. Don't buy samsung appliances or trust the geek squad services. I won't even start about the issues from the dishwasher and oven that we bought as well...

BUYER'S BEWARE

I am being told that I'm out of the 90days service warranty (by 1 day) and I have to pay again My warranty expires in november so I am stuck with a faulty fridge. Called samsung and they mentioned there is nothing they can do since it was not serviced by them, so to call bestbuy and I am stuck with this. If you want a disposable fridge buy this one.

It also has exceptionally ample door storage and interior space. The lighting is very good. The flexibility to use one compartment as freezer, meat temperature or vegetable temperature is outstanding. However the water/ice features did not work in the two refrigerators that were delivered. Therefore, sadly, I have given up on this model

I contacted Samsung and waited 11 days for a technician to come out only to be told the day before my appointment that an e-coupon was supposedly accepted and Samsung has voided my warranty and technician appointment has been canceled I’ve spoken to Samsung customer service manager and he was of no assistance and only cared about his policy and procedures. I would not recommend this refrigerator nor the headache customer service has caused.
