The reception is excellent and is very easy to set up. I really got my money's worth! I have had it for a little over a month so my next thoughts are on the longevity of the product.

We don’t spend evening trying to figure out which channel will come in, we won’t miss episodes anymore. And it’s not in the way.

I was able to pick up all of the local HD channels and more! There was no need for the amplified version for me. I would definitely recommend this.

I've spent way to many years paying a cable company. I bought the Best Buy essentials - Thin Film Indoor HDTV Antenna - Black/White. The dual color helps blend it in the the room. The cord running from the antenna to the TV is white. Connected one end of the cable to the back of the TV and ran the auto set channel. Very simple.

I found an article suggesting this item as the "top antenna value," and thought that for $20, I could give it a try. I connected it to my TCL TV, in about 3 minutes, and was pretty darn impressed! I have it near a wall, in a second floor room, and it provides a clear picture for 40+ channels in my area. It was a pleasant surprise, for sure!

Exactly what I was looking for

To my pleasant surprise, I was suddenly able to get all my regular digital channels that I hadn't been able to for years due to so much neighborhood signal interference. I didn't even mount it on the wall, but propped it on top of the entertainment center. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

They work better than a amplified one i bought from another brand. The direction it faces does matter for what channels you wil get (i have 2). Excellent for the price.

I live in Uptown NYC and have the antenna situated right against a south-facing window. I'm able to pull in about 60 channels, including all the major networks. Despite using a coaxial coupler and a 20-foot coaxial cable to reach my television, signal strength is solid and picture quality is excellent.
