Works well, but cable too short

I can now get all the network local digital channels for those times when we want to watch something live. Main gripe is that that the cable is too short at 10'. I had to attach an extension which fortunately I had leftover from my cable modem install.

I saw decent reviews for this one from Best Buy and decided to give it a try. I am now able to pick up almost 50 channels, including several local news channels. All I had yo do was open the antenna, connect it to the tv, and scan. Works great! (I live in the suburbs of Milwaukee, WI).

I bought this a few years ago to replace the rabbit ears I had for 8+ years from Target. I really liked the design of this one, which is the primary reason I was replacing the other one. This has a sleek, thin design as described. Unfortunately, I have attempted to use it in multiple locations (two separate houses and different rooms in each house). It claims to have up to a 35-mile range, which I can't imagine that being true. I don't watch a lot of tv but any time I want to watch a football game or a few specific shows, I have to move the antenna around multiple times to reprogram my channels. It's a miracle if it picks up a basic channel and delivers a clear picture that doesn't constantly cut out. It's really frustrating and disappointing. In comparison to the prior antenna I had, this one is more expensive, has far worse results, and is completely unreliable. I do not recommend it and am searching for the next one.

I did not want to be tied into signing an agreement with added expense to my budget. I went to Best Buy where I purchased items before and found the answer to my problem. The gentleman that helped me found me the product for a reasonable price. He was courteous and very helpful. That's one reason I like to buy from your store.
