Highly Disappointed

It’s been years since I got their other tablets so I was excited about getting these. They have only had them for a month and the screens have already went out. Can’t return them at this point and thought I bought the protection plan but didn’t per the virtual receipt. Very disappointed about this and now I have to find a shop to fix the screens. However, the battery life is awesome and my boys enjoyed them until the screen went out

Don’t trust the bumper

Defective tablet

Took it back and had an even exchange thinking that it was probably defective. I get the replacement and it does the same thing. Amazon couldn’t even figure out what was wrong with it. I go back to return it and I’m given a hard time at the store. Horrible product and service.
