Chair is nice. Many features. Still learning. Chair has nice look. Ive noticed many different brands share similarities....curious if they're rebranded from same company. One issue is the back rollers stopped mid session a few different times. I wasn't able to get them going again until I powered chair off/on. One time that didn't work and I had to unplug chair to reset. Ive ran half dozen times since and no issues. Would have been nice if BB offered an extended warranty.
