Measure before buying it

There is another review where customer was able to dissemble and fit into the room he wanted. However, BestBuy wasn’t able to help with the same to have this item dissembled to installed in the room we want. Delivery wasn’t accepted once and sent back since it was fully assembled, but it was assembled again on my second delivery which I did accept and request for tech to dissemble the unit and assemble where I want it to be placed. They tried few times though, by sending multiple techs and none of them would dissemble but only assemble the massage chair.
