Settled on this one when it was on sale for $1299. I do not like this chair at all. It's extremely tight on the heel (which can not be adjusted at all), the foot rollers caused serious bruising and swelling on my feet, and now my right knee is sprained. This chair is not good, and I don't have a clue how to go about returning a 300 pound chair.
