Great product easy setup prints great pictures and papers

easy to set up, have copied document, printed from new laptop, haven't used the scan function yet

I have always been a big fan of HP printers especially when it comes to printing beautiful photos. I am very pleased with the quality of printing, and it is quiet. Setup was fast for the first device, but when .Inadded my other 2 devices it kept giving me error messages that were not correct. First it said a wrong password which it wasn’t then it said paper jam which it wasn’t, but thankful I had Apple products that I could just lay by the first one and it set itself up. My 3rd device took a little longer, but I was able to figure a back door way to get it up and going. I did enroll in the ink program so hopefully that can be a plus for cost savings.

I have used this printer for about a month and I really like it. So far, I have used it only for printing and copying documents. It works really well for those functions. Setup went really well. I was holding my breath to see if it would setup properly with my T-Mobile 5G home internet service without a lot of changes in settings. No problem. It works well with T-Mobile's default settings. Once it is set up, operation to print from a PC or doing copying operations are fairly simple and intuitively obvious. The HP Instant Ink program works well in that I already have received my first shipment of replacement ink cartridges.

Fairly easy to set up and connect to my wifi. It works a bit faster than my last unit, and a bit quieter. It prints high quality photos although between the printer and my HP computer, I can no longer specify the photo size printed. The instant ink already shipped new full size cartridges, just in time, as the starter color cartridge was almost depleted. That should be cheaper and more convenient to get more ink. Hope this lasts longer than my last one, as the print head failed after just over a year's use. I did buy the 4 year warranty and that replaced the defective printer.

I love it. Does everything need I need quickly and efficiently. Also quiet and doesn't take up a lot of space.

This is one of the most versatile printer, scanner copiers we've ever had. It is user friendly, quick and compact. I was disappointed at the complex steps required for using the ink replacement steps. I got hung up in a cycle of questions and couldn't get out so I order ink from Office Depot and pay more than. I wish the ink replacement steps through the app were easy to navigate for the cost savings promised upon purchase.

Easy setup for this printer. Touchscreen is a nice feature for navigating through the menu. Printer has a quiet feature which is great. And it's not too compact but not intrusive in size either. Perfect for me since I print and copy a lot
