He was actually very excited about it because he was worried about battery loss in the controllers. This will now let him charge the controllers in addition to the headset. It works very well and it keeps the area cleaner than having a loose wire that will wear out over time. The status lights are nice too.

Just try to maintain the charging mount every week or so, but this is overall an amazing product with no issues whatsoever. 10/10 would recommend.
